One of the best things about Google Drive is the document sharing feature.
With just a couple of clicks, you can send anyone a shareable link and give them the power to read, comment or edit your document.
It takes collaboration to the next level!
To share a document in Google Docs, select the Share button in the top right-hand corner.
From here, you’ve got a number of different options!
You can share the document with someone by using their email or you can get a shareable link.
You control all the permissions!
When you share the link you can:
- Give them permission to just view the document
- Give them permission to comment on the document
- Give them permission to edit the document
- Make links available to the public so that anyone on the web can find them
- Make it so that anyone with the link can access the content
- Turn off link sharing so that only select people can access the content
