Well, with Riffle by Crowdriff you can! Riffle provides a quick overview of Twitter activity. With the ability to view interests, engagement, hashtags, even, who they are interacting with most,. Using Riffle you can start to piece together a glimpse of different accounts and their Twitter strategy. Taking these statistics and analyzing your personal efforts will allow you to fine-tune your own Twitter marketing. Completely free, Riffle is a Chrome extension that is quick and easy to install on your browser. Riffle also happens to connect with many top Twitter management platforms such as HootSuite, Tweetdeck, Salesforce Desk, Zendesk and more.

How To Get Started with Riffle

To get started with Riffle, you simply need to download and install the free Chrome extension and sign into the extension with your Twitter account, provide and email address, and you are ready to start gathering insight. Once you have completed those steps and returned to your Twitter feed on the web platform, you will notice a small Riffle icon showing up next to the name of people posting in your feed. When you click the icon, it will bring up a variety of information that Riffle provides.
If you are using Riffle inside of a Twitter management platform, it may be a bit different. Such as Hootsuite, you simply hover the cursor over a user’s name in your feed, and the Riffle information box will pop up with your data.
Whether you are accessing Riffle via a Twitter management tool or on the web platform, the information provided is the same. You will see at the top of the report the @username, Klout score, other social platforms, and general account information such as how many tweets, followers, and how many people they are following.
Moving through the Riffle data you will start to see some very compelling data. How many retweets or favorites the person is getting per tweet that they make. You can explore which hashtags they use most, or who they mention or interact with frequently. These details provide a great snapshot of the sort of engagement this account has. At the bottom of the data, you can see how many tweets the account averages per day, with a breakdown over the past 11 days as well. Additionally, and very cool, is the ability to see how this person is posting to Twitter. You can see the specific automation tools they are using, and whether they are posting on the web platform or from a mobile device. Talk about details!
So whether you are currently using Twitter for personal or business use, looking to get started, or just want to snoop on what other people are doing take a look at Riffle by Crowdriff!
