MANAGE YOUTUBE WITH HOOTSUITE

If you are an online entrepreneur and or content creator then managing your content is always at the forefront of our minds. Now, if you’re like us you perhaps rely on multiple platforms to manage and track your feeds. Hootsuite is one platform that we use quite extensively. They do a tremendous job of always evolving and adapting and have now launched the ability to natively manage YouTube within your Hootsuite dashboard. And we have to say, it has us a little excited. Hootsuite is a great platform, one that we and many have used for quite some time now. However, us productivity folks are always hoping that our systems somehow improve and increase their level of productivity. HootSuite has done just that. Now you can actually manage, edit and monitor your YouTube channel within your Hootsuite Dashboard. All in real time! That’s exciting, to know that the feed is integrated within the dashboard as it is live on your channel. You can monitor comments, moderate, access playlists, segment out possible spam comments. The dashboard does not provide all the editing features found in the video editor within YouTube. But the ability to manage the conversations on your channel is great. It makes it really efficient being able to moderate such content at the same time you are following social media channels within the HootSuite dashboard. Overall, this is a great new addition for Hootsuite. It makes things quite a bit simpler to manage your YouTube content and more importantly the moderation of the comments and conversations within your channel. For us we look forward to the improved integration between the two. If you publish content on YouTube then this may be something you want to look into as well.
