Amazon had a tough week. I think that means we had a good week.
I don't wish ill upon Amazon, but I think we need to be more aware of what's happening in the online space, and make sure our voices are being heard.

- Comment on Amazon directly, if you have purchased an Echo, write a review where you express your concerns and encourage Amazon to “do the right thing”
